Privacy policy

This policy describes what Browardly (“Browardly”) does with information on browardly.com.

Browardly is a directory of Broward County businesses operated by LogiqFish, 1725 Main St, 221, Weston, FL 33326. Questions and requests: support@logiqfish.com.

You do not need an account to use the directory. We set no advertising or analytics cookies on visitors. We keep daily totals of profile views and clicks for each listing. We do not store your IP address, browser details or a per-visit record with those totals. To avoid counting repeats, a scrambled value made from your address and browser is held in memory briefly and never saved. Totals are kept for 13 months.

We keep your email address, name, language and sign-in details. Passwords are handled by Google Firebase Authentication, not stored by us. When you claim or add a business, we keep what you send: your name, role, phone number and notes, plus the business details you submit. A moderator uses this to confirm you can act for the business.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number. We keep your plan, its status and renewal date, and the Stripe references needed to manage it.

If you request a check, we read your business's homepage and keep the private results for 400 days and the request record for 90 days. Results are shown only to verified owners of that listing and to our staff.

Listings are built from business websites and public records (see Data sources). A listing can show a home address only if the business publishes it. We may also hold names and contact details of people at businesses, kept private and never published. To correct or remove information, contact support@logiqfish.com.

A signed-in session cookie keeps business owners signed in. A language cookie (browardly_lang, one year) remembers your language if you switch it. The map in the footer is loaded from Google, which may set its own cookies under Google's policies.

We use Google Cloud and Firebase for hosting, data and sign-in, Stripe for payments, and Brevo to send account emails. They handle information for these purposes only. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

You can edit your details or delete your account from the Account page. Deleting an account ends any paid plan, removes your access and deletes or anonymizes your account data; the public listing stays, because it describes the business. Payment records stay with Stripe as required for accounting. For other requests, contact support@logiqfish.com.

The site is meant for adults and businesses, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If this policy changes, we will update this page and its date.
