Terms of use

These terms apply to browardly.com and to business accounts and paid plans.

Browardly is operated by LogiqFish, 1725 Main St, 221, Weston, FL 33326. Contact: support@logiqfish.com. By using the site you agree to these terms.

Listings come from business websites and public records and may be wrong or out of date. Many have not been reviewed by a person; each profile says which checks were made. Check details with the business before relying on them. A listing is not a recommendation.

You may claim a listing only if you can act for that business. A moderator may contact the business to confirm this. Claiming is free. Paying never establishes ownership.

You must have the right to everything you submit, including logos and photos, and it must be accurate. You let us publish it on Browardly while your listing uses it. We review submissions and may refuse or remove them. Do not submit private information about patients or clients.

Enhanced and Featured renew monthly until canceled, at the price shown at checkout, for each location. What each plan includes is listed on the For businesses page. Featured buys clearly labeled sponsored placements that are shared and rotate; appearance is not guaranteed.

We do not promise rankings, leads, calls, sales, mentions in AI tools, or better search performance for your own website. Payment never changes the regular listing order, verification or factual checks.

Cancel anytime in the billing portal. Your plan stays active until the end of the month you paid for. We don’t refund partial months. If you delete your account, your plan ends right away, also without a refund. If we charged you by mistake, email support@logiqfish.com and we’ll make it right.

If a payment fails, paid benefits may stop until it is resolved. Your free listing stays.

Showcase + Print is a waitlist only. Joining is free and starts no payment or subscription. Print is not available, and its terms will be set before it launches.

Do not copy the directory in bulk, misuse the site or interfere with it, or pretend to represent a business you do not.

The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the previous 12 months. These terms are governed by the laws of Florida.

We may update these terms. We will change this page and its date, and tell paying customers about material changes before they apply.
